Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate innovation verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and commercialize breakthrough solutions
- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical shifts to inform strategic decisions
- Secure and manage $50M+ innovation budgets with C-suite stakeholders
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and government bodies
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 200+ intellectual property assets by 2026

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record scaling solutions from concept to billion-dollar impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
