Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological shifts and competitive threats
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI metrics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or corporate foresight
