Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with global market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive forces affecting industry landscapes
- Design strategic frameworks for sustainable technology adoption and ethical innovation deployment
- Present foresight analyses and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation incubation projects from concept validation to market-ready implementation
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios for future-facing innovations
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for tracking innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, biotech convergence, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP, CSM)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication abilities with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched in the past 3 years
