Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech paradigms and disruptive innovations
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives with 99.7% adoption rate target
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolios with 15% YoY growth requirements
- Author white papers cited by WEF and OECD policy committees
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Visionary Accelerator' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proficiency in quantum computing architectures and synthetic biology
- Track record securing $10M+ in R&D funding from public/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ technologies commercialized beyond 2025
