As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with quantum computing experts, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop 5-year roadmaps for exponential technologies. You'll lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and uncertainty, transforming abstract possibilities into tangible business value.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypical solutions for emerging tech ecosystems
- Conduct deep-dive research on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Design and facilitate immersive innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Maintain proprietary FutureTrend database with 200+ emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech forecasting experience
- Proven track record delivering multi-year innovation roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related technical field
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, APF) preferred
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology trends
