- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum/AI/sustainability
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech ecosystems
- Portfolio of launched products/services with 7-figure+ market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent methodology
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DoD programs)
