Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead innovation sprints with executive stakeholders to prioritize emerging tech investments
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market trends
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations at industry conferences and board meetings
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for global enterprises
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or climate tech modeling
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFS) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals across 3+ countries
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN's Scenario Planning Suite)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or Julia preferred)
