Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/quantum convergence applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable tech innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis of emerging technologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tiered journals
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
