Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen AI/quantum applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies in biotech, energy, and computing
- Partner with C-suite to integrate innovation into corporate strategy
- Manage pilot programs for emerging tech adoption (e.g., neuromorphic computing)
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry consortiums
- Build ecosystem partnerships with startups and research institutions
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 7+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 2 emerging tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Prior work with sustainability tech (carbon capture, circular economy)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation forums
