Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI/quantum convergence and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and policy teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptors and market opportunities
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and carbon-neutral tech
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Forward' incubation program
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and EU Horizon 2027 initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or climate tech policy
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations with $10M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Security clearance eligibility (government collaboration projects)
- Proficiency in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python preferred)
