Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and climate tech domains
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable development priorities
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption and deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation lab capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of shipping products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in emerging technology convergence patterns and exponential growth models
- Strong background in ethics frameworks for AI/automation systems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
