Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Design and execute strategic pilots for next-gen products and services
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio success and ROI tracking
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, etc.)
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in foresight or innovation management preferred
