You'll lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies while maintaining rigorous ethical and sustainability standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, and climate-positive tech sectors
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Architect multi-stakeholder partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital
- Oversee proof-of-concept development for 3-5 breakthrough technologies annually
- Translate complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies
- Establish ethical frameworks for future-facing technology deployment
- Represent company vision at global tech foresight forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling early-stage innovations to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Certification in futures methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Foresight) or equivalent training
