- Develop intellectual property portfolios with 50+ patent applications by 2026
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with business growth targets
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget across 3 innovation centers
- Present future technology forecasts to Fortune 500 clients and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Strategy preferred
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
