- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate breakthrough concepts

- Manage R&D partnerships with leading universities and research institutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
