- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in scaling cutting-edge technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight certification
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies
- Published research in emerging technology trends
