Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential

- Manage cross-functional teams executing rapid prototyping cycles for future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed ROI models
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms for early-stage tech sourcing
- Author thought leadership publications and industry forecasts positioning the company as a 2026 innovation authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate R&D, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching billion-dollar innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers on future technologies
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI outcomes
