Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmaps, anticipating market shifts and disruptive innovations
- Architect scalable frameworks for emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum applications, and carbon-neutral systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives, managing $5M+ innovation portfolios
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for sustainable technology commercialization
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement 2026-ready transformation strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption impact
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists to pioneer next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 2026+ vision
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable technology ecosystems
- Track record of launching products achieving $50M+ ARR within 5 years
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to global deployment
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
