- Design scalable innovation frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Foster a culture of experimentation through hackathons and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ examples)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Design Thinking and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with innovation frameworks (TRIZ, Blue Ocean Strategy)
