- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor a 15-person cross-disciplinary innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership, with 5+ at director level
- Proven track record delivering products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience managing $3M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
