Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness

- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or product innovation with Fortune 500/unicorn experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
