- Present innovation strategy to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven prioritization
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in STEM, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
