Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and technological shifts
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with potential industry disruption
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic product development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with futures research methodologies and scenario planning
- Portfolio of published research or patents in innovative technologies
