- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech labs
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community of practice
- Represent company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication abilities for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or CFTE)
- Portfolio demonstrating futures methodologies applied to real-world challenges
