- Leadership & Culture: Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence.
- Prototyping & Proof of Concept: Spearhead the development of high-fidelity prototypes to validate new technological approaches.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of strategic planning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and DevOps practices.
