- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and potential threats to our market position.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary evangelist for the company's technological future, communicating complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Product Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge solutions into existing product lines to enhance scalability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or product management, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or architect role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology strategies that drive business growth.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Blockchain, IoT) with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
