Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence applications
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical factors to forecast disruptive innovations
- Build partnerships with frontier research labs (MIT, Caltech, etc.) and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Design governance frameworks for ethical deployment of exponential technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovation leaders through our Future Architects program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, nanotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Foresight Institute) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic narratives
