Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies, forecasting adoption trajectories and competitive impacts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with corporate vision and investment priorities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical implementation of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
