Responsibilities
- Design and implement forward-looking technology roadmaps targeting 2026 market needs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI and biotech integration
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning abilities
