Responsibilities

- Lead stakeholder workshops with government agencies, tech partners, and community groups
- Create predictive models using GIS and simulation software to test infrastructure scenarios
- Produce detailed implementation frameworks with phased deployment strategies
- Monitor global policy shifts and technological innovations affecting infrastructure development
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and municipal planning boards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or Technology Policy
- 5+ years experience in infrastructure planning or smart city initiatives
- Proficiency in GIS software, data visualization tools, and predictive modeling platforms
- Deep understanding of 5G networks, IoT ecosystems, and autonomous infrastructure
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and public policy advocacy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and social data
