Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies, identifying disruptive opportunities and threats
- Facilitate innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Conduct deep-dive research on paradigm-shifting technologies and their societal impacts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on the future of technology and business
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Track record of successfully launching future-oriented products or initiatives
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technology trends (required)
