- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption curves and market disruption thresholds
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging tech implications
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on 5+ year horizons
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Expertise in scenario modeling using Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technological disruption
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-state implementations
