Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop 5-10 year strategic forecasts
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation initiatives aligned with 2026 technological milestones
- Create detailed scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Develop patentable frameworks and intellectual property for future technology applications
- Lead a team of futurists and innovation specialists to execute strategic roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
