Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic technologies into enterprise architecture
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on technological paradigm shifts
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-ready innovations
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and forums
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (2018-2025 validation)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight publications
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
