Responsibilities

- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough innovations
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and investors to secure strategic alignment
- Mentor talent in futuristic skill development and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
