Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, or distributed systems

- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines
