Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or spatial computing
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on future-tech ethics or implementation
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 50+ engineers
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futurology
- Experience securing federal grants for advanced research projects
- Deep understanding of ISO 21434 and IEEE 7001 standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
