Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic communication with ability to translate complex futures into executable plans
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Certification in futures research methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
