Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends, technologies, and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for clients across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing operations, talent models, and ethical innovation
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario-based forecasts for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling visual storytelling and evidence-based recommendations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, Economics, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-strategy projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FFutures) or equivalent analytical rigor
