Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-generation products and services
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Produce thought leadership content and futurist reports for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-concept solutions
- Advise on policy implications and ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Portfolio demonstrating future-concept projects or strategic frameworks
