- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and present to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Identify and build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Oversee implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with long-term vision
- Maintain competitive intelligence database tracking global disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with data visualization tools and strategic modeling software
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- CIFF or APF certification preferred
