Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, societal patterns, and economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for sustainable innovation in climate tech and digital transformation
- Lead workshops with C-suite executives to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership at global conferences
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published author or speaker at WEF, Singularity University, or equivalent forums
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and predictive modeling
- Demonstrated success in translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/SCIP)
