Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to forecast 2026+ technological, social, and market disruptions
- Develop future-proof frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation pipelines
- Lead strategic workshops with C-level stakeholders to align on long-term vision
- Author white papers and keynote presentations on emerging paradigm shifts
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Build proprietary trend-detection algorithms using NLP and predictive analytics
- Represent the firm at Davos-level forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation from concept to market
- Experience with generative AI for trend simulation and forecasting
- Portfolio of 3+ enterprise transformation initiatives launched post-2020
