Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications
- Manage $500K+ innovation portfolios for key accounts
- Present at Davos-level industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems dynamics modeling
- Portfolio of executed future-proofing strategies for enterprises
- Certification in Foresight Practitioner or equivalent
- Experience advising C-suite on 2026+ strategic pivots
