Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Develop exponential growth frameworks for next-gen human augmentation interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Translate complex futures research into investor-grade strategic narratives
- Manage cross-functional labs exploring metaverse, AGI alignment, and climate-positive tech
- Author 'State of 2026' trend reports cited by Fortune 100 boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing future-facing technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential curves, and second-order consequence analysis
- Published thought leadership in futures studies (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press level)
- Mastery of scenario planning frameworks (Delphi, STEEP-V, cross-impact matrices)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Science, or related discipline
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R) for trend modeling
