Responsibilities
- Scan global ecosystems to identify and analyze emerging technologies, behavioral shifts, and market disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 3-10 year horizons
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for executive stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trajectories
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovations
- Represent company vision at global forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting/trending disruptive technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses
