Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AR/VR, quantum computing, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future user needs and pain points
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries
- Design prototype experiences for 2026-era interfaces and ecosystems
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future visions into development sprints
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external partners
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product strategy, UX research, or futurist consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects launched at scale
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (generative AI, spatial computing, bio interfaces)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience leading remote teams across 3+ time zones
- MSc or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and data visualization tools
