Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and policy influencers
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and services
- Oversee implementation of horizon scanning systems using AI-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting industry shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
