Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts (2026-2030)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations for market positioning
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs and Singularity University on exponential technology roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-industry scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 100 clients
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, neurotech ethics, climate modeling, or space commercialization
- Exceptional data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI and scenario modeling tools
- Published author in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed journals)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CSO)
