Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Author thought leadership publications on next-generation innovation paradigms
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate frontier technology startups
- Build scenario models for potential 2026 market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
